Customer controls

You remain responsible for the website data you send to FollowStats. Do not send names, email addresses, payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information in URLs, event properties or titles.

Retention and security

Analytics retention follows the plan shown in your workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and operational backups are monitored.
