How FollowStats handles account and website analytics data.
What we collect
We collect account details needed to provide the service, billing identifiers supplied by our payment processor, and aggregated website events sent by each customer installation.
Visitor analytics
FollowStats is designed to avoid cookies and persistent cross-site identifiers. We process a short-lived, salted visitor hash, page URL, referrer, device, browser, operating system and coarse location derived from IP for reporting. We do not sell analytics data or use it for advertising profiles.
Your choices and rights
Customers can delete sites and request export or deletion of account data by contacting support. Requests are handled under applicable GDPR and other privacy laws.
